The Residence Certificate of the Polish Tax Authority Google
Our Polish legislator, in order to make life more difficult for entrepreneurs, introduced some time ago a significant barrier to deducting costs incurred abroad by businesses.
What is this about… it’s about paying higher taxes (:
Fortunately, if you are looking for the possibility of deducting and offsetting in taxes invoices from Google company, e.g. for campaigns on Google Ads or any other product type such as Google Workspace etc. – good news is that there is such a possibility because this company comes out against our “beloved” lawmakers and issues annually such a “certificate” which is a complete absurdity whose only purpose is to make life harder for entrepreneurs and increase employment in public administration bodies that are supposed to deal with it…..
Every year, due to the profession we exercise, we need this certificate because we run campaigns on Google Ads and use other paid services from Google, so we have to deduct their invoices from our costs because they are significant expenses that would be hard to pass over without mentioning them in taxes in the end, as they serve us directly to generate profit, and as it may seem easy to obtain, it is not therefore we offer it for download for 150 PLN net each year to anyone who needs this certificate.
If you are interested in obtaining a Google Tax Residence Certificate for 2023, please send us your VAT invoice data, just the company NIP number will suffice. We will issue a proforma invoice after which, upon payment, you will receive a link to download this necessary document under the title “IT services” because we do not “sell” certificates but offer a service, i.e. everything that we have invested in obtaining this certificate and its distribution (IT activities) resulting in your ability to deduct Google invoices from your costs according to Polish tax law.
