Everyone knows about the current crisis and we need to be aware that this type of pandemic, like coronavirus, will affect humanity cyclically. What’s happening in the world right now may seem exaggerated at first glance, but it’s understandable why people are afraid when media continuously bombard us with new numbers on infections and deaths.
Can you imagine how panicked everyone would get if mass media were to report daily on seasonal flu cases every year?
These numbers are just starting to make an impact… Over 650 thousand DEATHS per year, not “infections”… I suspect you weren’t aware of this fact. These are the facts.
As a technology blog, I won’t delve deeply into the coronavirus issue but rather focus on methods for dealing with these difficult times when we’ve been practically cut off from all forms of leisure activities and visiting shopping malls, making purchases, meeting at restaurants etc… Sorry, that’s the kind of time we’re in now. We have to sit at home and watch what media is serving us with fear…
Ignoring the intention behind people stirring up this whole hysteria, what can you do not just to waste away at home?
Assuming you had a small business dependent on physical customer visits to an office or local – today you’re lying on your backside due to one decision to close such locations… thousands of microentrepreneurs in our country…
Look how one decision affects the lives of people who earn for their families through direct contact with customers…
This is a drama, a real drama, especially considering debt burdens, ZUS contributions, leasing etc… I wouldn’t want to be in anyone’s shoes who employs someone during these difficult times… this is a real drama…
Look at it from that perspective now – people, millions of people in our country are sitting at home. Some are lucky enough to work remotely, some are on leave or fired, and everyone receives a salary as long as the employer has money to pay them… millions of people in the budget sector sleep peacefully knowing they’ll receive their payment whether working or not (by the way, my local authorities have been closed for a week and yet cashiers agree to pay everyone despite not working…)

Not just production-based but also transport-based – it cannot stop functioning because if the supply chain breaks, it’s the end of the World, an authentic end of the World. People need guaranteed deliveries not only of food but clothing, electronics and so many other products necessary for life.
Where can they buy these things when the government closes down physical stores?
